જેમ ઝરો પાણીથી ઊભરાય છે તેમ એ દુષ્ટતાથી ઊભરાય છે. નગરમાં મારઝૂડ અને લૂંટફાટનો અવાજ સંભળાય છે, વેદના તથા જખમ મારી આગળ નિત્ય થાય છે.

As a fountain casteth out her waters, so she casteth out her wickedness: violence and spoil is heard in her; before me continually is grief and wounds.
