યર્મિયા 6:6

સૈન્યોના ઈશ્વર યહોવાહ આ પ્રમાણે કહે છે; તેનાં વૃક્ષો કાપી નાખો અને યરુશાલેમ વિરુદ્ધ મોરચા ઊભા કરો. આ નગર તો દંડને પાત્ર છે કેમ કે એમાં જુલમ સિવાય બીજું કશું નથી.

¶ For thus hath the LORD of hosts said, Hew ye down trees, and cast a mount against Jerusalem: this is the city to be visited; she is wholly oppression in the midst of her.
