أَخْبِرُوا بِهَذَا فِي بَيْتِ يَعْقُوبَ وَأَسْمِعُوا بِهِ فِي يَهُوذَا قَائِلِينَ:
Declare this in the house of Jacob, and publish it in Judah, saying,
