எரேமியா 50:7

அவர்களைக் கண்டுபிடித்தவர்கள் எல்லோரும் அவர்களைத் தாக்கினார்கள்; அவர்களுடைய எதிரிகள்: எங்கள்மேல் குற்றமில்லை; அவர்கள் நீதி தங்குமிடத்தில் யெகோவாவுக்கு விரோதமாக, தங்கள் முற்பிதாக்கள் நம்பின யெகோவாவுக்கு விரோதமாகவே, பாவம் செய்தார்கள் என்றார்கள்.

All that found them have devoured them: and their adversaries said, We offend not, because they have sinned against the LORD, the habitation of justice, even the LORD, the hope of their fathers.
