Kalla samman bågskyttar mot Babel, alla som kan spänna en båge. Slå läger runt omkring det, låt ingen komma undan. Vedergäll det för dess gärningar, gör mot det precis som det själv har gjort, för det har handlat övermodigt mot Herren, mot Israels Helige.
