Ta sẽ khiến bốn gió từ bốn phương trời thổi đến nghịch cùng Ê-lam, sẽ làm tan lạc chúng nó đến mọi gió đó; chẳng có nước nào mà những kẻ bị đuổi của Ê-lam chẳng đến.
