Jeremia 49:36

Och jag ska föra mot Elam de fyra vindarna från himlarnas fyra hörn, och ska förskingra dem mot alla dessa vindar (väderstreck) och det ska inte finnas något folkslag dit inte Elams förskingrade ska komma.

And upon Elam will I bring the four winds from the four quarters of heaven, and will scatter them toward all those winds; and there shall be no nation whither the outcasts of Elam shall not come.
