ബാബേൽരാജാവായ നെബൂഖദ്നേസർ ജയിച്ചടക്കിയ കേദാരിനെയും ഹാസോർരാജ്യങ്ങളെയും കുറിച്ചുള്ള അരുളപ്പാടു. യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: നിങ്ങൾ പുറപ്പെട്ടു കേദാരിൽ ചെന്നു കിഴക്കരെ നശിപ്പിച്ചുകളവിൻ.
