మోయాబు చుట్టూ నివసించేవాళ్ళు, దాని కీర్తి ప్రతిష్టలు తెలిసిన వాళ్ళు రోదించండి. ‘దాని బలమైన రాజదండం, ఘనత పొందిన దాని చేతిలోని కర్ర విరిగిపోయాయి’ అని చెప్తూ విలపించండి.

All ye that are about him, bemoan him; and all ye that know his name, say, How is the strong staff broken, and the beautiful rod!
