Yahve şöyle diyor: “İşte, sular kuzeyden yükseliyor, onlar taşkın bir sel olacak, ülkeyi ve içindeki her şeyi, kenti ve içinde yaşayanları sular altında bırakacak. İnsanlar bağıracak, ve ülkenin bütün sakinleri feryat edecek.
