எரேமியா 47:2

யெகோவா சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: இதோ, வடக்கேயிருந்து தண்ணீர் பொங்கி பிரவாகித்து தேசத்தின்மேலும், அதிலுள்ள எல்லாவற்றின்மேலும், நகரத்தின்மேலும், அதில் குடியிருக்கிறவர்களின்மேலும் புரண்டு ஓடும்; அப்பொழுது மனிதர் கூக்குரலிட்டு, தேசத்தின் குடிகளெல்லோரும் அலறுவார்கள்.

Thus saith the LORD; Behold, waters rise up out of the north, and shall be an overflowing flood, and shall overflow the land, and all that is therein; the city, and them that dwell therein: then the men shall cry, and all the inhabitants of the land shall howl.
