Jeremia 47:4

Över dagen som kommer för att tillspilloge hela Filistéen, till att hugga av från Tyros och från Sidon varje hjälpare som återstår, för Herren (Jahveh) har tillspillogivit filistéerna, kvarlevan från Chaftors ö [Kreta]. [Filistéerna tros ha sitt ursprung från Kreta, se 5 Mos 2:23; Amos 9:7.]

Because of the day that cometh to spoil all the Philistines, and to cut off from Tyrus and Zidon every helper that remaineth: for the LORD will spoil the Philistines, the remnant of the country of Caphtor.
