Frukta inte, Jakob, min tjänare, förkunnar (säger, proklamerar) Herren (Jahveh), för jag är med dig, jag ska helt göra slut på alla de folkslag dit jag har drivit bort dig, men jag ska inte göra helt slut på dig, och jag ska fostra (disciplinera) dig i omgångar, men jag ska inte fullständigt fördärva dig.
