เยเรมีย์ 42:2

และพู​ดก​ับเยเรมีย์​ผู้​​พยากรณ์​​ว่า​ “​ขอให้​คำอ้อนวอนของข้าพเจ้าทั้งหลายเป็​นที​่ยอมรับต่อหน้าท่าน และขอท่านอธิษฐานต่อพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่านเพื่อเราทั้งหลาย เพื่อคนที่​เหลืออยู่​​นี้​​ทั้งสิ้น​ (เพราะเรามีเหลือน้อยจากคนมาก ​ตามที่​ท่านเห็นอยู่กับตาแล้ว)

And said unto Jeremiah the prophet, Let, we beseech thee, our supplication be accepted before thee, and pray for us unto the LORD thy God, even for all this remnant; (for we are left but a few of many, as thine eyes do behold us:)
