Jeremia 42:21

Want ik heb het u heden geboodschapt, maar gij wilt niet luisteren naar de stem van de Here, uw God, namelijk naar alles waarmee Hij mij tot u gezonden heeft.

And now I have this day declared it to you; but ye have not obeyed the voice of the LORD your God, nor any thing for the which he hath sent me unto you.
