യിരെമ്യാവു 42:18

യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവമായ സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: എന്റെ കോപവും എന്റെ ക്രോധവും യെരൂശലേംനിവാസികളുടെ മേൽ പകർന്നിരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ തന്നേ, നിങ്ങൾ മിസ്രയീമിൽ ചെല്ലുമ്പോൾ എന്റെ ക്രോധം നിങ്ങളുടെ മേലും പകരും; നിങ്ങൾ പ്രാക്കിന്നും സ്തംഭനത്തിന്നും ശാപത്തിന്നും നിന്ദെക്കും വിഷയമായ്തീരും; ഈ സ്ഥലം നിങ്ങൾ ഇനി കാണുകയുമില്ല.

For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; As mine anger and my fury hath been poured forth upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem; so shall my fury be poured forth upon you, when ye shall enter into Egypt: and ye shall be an execration, and an astonishment, and a curse, and a reproach; and ye shall see this place no more.
