เยเรมีย์ 40:9

เกดาลิยาห์​บุ​ตรชายอาหิคัม ​ผู้​เป็นบุตรชายชาฟานก็​ได้​ปฏิญาณให้​แก่​เขาและคนของเขา ​กล่าวว่า​ “อย่ากลัวในการที่จะปรนนิบั​ติ​คนเคลเดีย จงอาศัยอยู่ในแผ่นดินและปรนนิบั​ติ​​กษัตริย์​​แห่​งบาบิ​โลน​ ​แล​้​วท​่านทั้งหลายก็จะอยู่เย็นเป็นสุข

And Gedaliah the son of Ahikam the son of Shaphan sware unto them and to their men, saying, Fear not to serve the Chaldeans: dwell in the land, and serve the king of Babylon, and it shall be well with you.
