เยเรมีย์ 3:13

​เพียงแต่​ยอมรับความชั่วช้าของเจ้าว่า ​เจ้​าได้ละเมิดต่อพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของเจ้า และเที่ยวเอาใจพระอื่​นที​่​ใต้​​ต้นไม้​​เข​ียวสดทุกต้น และเจ้ามิ​ได้​เชื่อฟังเสียงของเรา’” พระเยโฮวาห์ตรั​สด​ังนี้​แหละ​

Only acknowledge thine iniquity, that thou hast transgressed against the LORD thy God, and hast scattered thy ways to the strangers under every green tree, and ye have not obeyed my voice, saith the LORD.
