યર્મિયા 38:27

પછી સર્વ અધિકારીઓએ યર્મિયા પાસે આવીને તેને પૂછ્યું અને જે સર્વ વચનો કહેવાનું રાજાએ તેને ફરમાવ્યું હતું તે પ્રમાણે જ બરાબર તેઓને કહ્યું. તેઓએ તેને પૂછવાનું બંધ કર્યું. કેમ કે તેઓએ રાજા તથા યર્મિયાની વાતચીત સાંભળી નહોતી.

Then came all the princes unto Jeremiah, and asked him: and he told them according to all these words that the king had commanded. So they left off speaking with him; for the matter was not perceived.
