Därför säger Herren (Jahveh) så: Ni har inte lyssnat till mig, till att förkunna frihet varje man till sin bror och varje man till sin granne. Se, jag ropar ut för er frihet, förkunnar (säger, proklamerar) Herren (Jahveh), till svärdet och till pesten och till hungersnöden och jag ska göra er till en skräck för alla jordens kungariken.
