യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരെ അടിമവീടായ മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുനിന്നു കൊണ്ടുവന്ന നാളിൽ അവരോടു ഒരു നിയമം ചെയ്തു:
