યહૂદિયાના રાજા સિદકિયાના શાસનકાળના દસમાં વર્ષમાં એટલે નબૂખાદનેસ્સારના અઢારમા વર્ષમાં યર્મિયા પાસે યહોવાહનું આ વચન આવ્યું
