యిర్మీయా 31:28

వాళ్ళను పెల్లగించడానికి, విరగగొట్టడానికి, పడద్రోయడానికి, నాశనం చెయ్యడానికి, హింసించడానికి, నేనెలా కనిపెట్టుకుని ఉన్నానో, అలాగే వాళ్ళను స్థాపించడానికి, నాటడానికి కనిపెట్టుకుని ఉంటాను.” ఇది యెహోవా వాక్కు.

And it shall come to pass, that like as I have watched over them, to pluck up, and to break down, and to throw down, and to destroy, and to afflict; so will I watch over them, to build, and to plant, saith the LORD.
