യിരെമ്യാവു 31:9

അവർ കരഞ്ഞുംകൊണ്ടു വരും; യാചിക്കുന്നവരായി ഞാൻ അവരെ കൊണ്ടുവരും; അവർ ഇടറിപ്പോകാത്ത നിരപ്പുള്ള വഴിയിൽ ഞാൻ അവരെ നീർത്തോടുകൾക്കരികെ നടത്തും; ഞാൻ യിസ്രായേലിന്നു പിതാവും എഫ്രയീം എന്റെ ആദ്യജാതനുമല്ലോ.

They shall come with weeping, and with supplications will I lead them: I will cause them to walk by the rivers of waters in a straight way, wherein they shall not stumble: for I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is my firstborn.
