Tous ceux qui t’aimaient t’oublient, Aucun ne prend souci de toi; Car je t’ai frappée comme frappe un ennemi, Je t’ai châtiée avec violence, A cause de la multitude de tes iniquités, Du grand nombre de tes péchés.

All thy lovers have forgotten thee; they seek thee not; for I have wounded thee with the wound of an enemy, with the chastisement of a cruel one, for the multitude of thine iniquity; because thy sins were increased.
