GEREMIA 2:2

Va', e grida agli orecchi di Gerusalemme, dicendo: Così ha detto il Signore: Io mi ricordo di te, della benignità che io usai inverso te nella tua giovanezza, dell'amore che io ti portava nel tempo delle tue sponsalizie, quando tu comminavi dietro a me per lo deserto, per terra non seminata.

Go and cry in the ears of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith the LORD; I remember thee, the kindness of thy youth, the love of thine espousals, when thou wentest after me in the wilderness, in a land that was not sown.
