यिर्मयाह 2:8

याजकों ने भी नहीं पूछा, ‘यहोवा कहाँ है?’ जो व्यवस्था सिखाते थे वे भी मुझ को न जानते थे; चरवाहों ने भी मुझसे बलवा किया; भविष्यद्वक्ताओं ने बाल देवता के नाम से भविष्यद्वाणी की और व्यर्थ बातों के पीछे चले।

The priests said not, Where is the LORD? and they that handle the law knew me not: the pastors also transgressed against me, and the prophets prophesied by Baal, and walked after things that do not profit.
