เยเรมีย์ 29:32

​เพราะฉะนั้น​ พระเยโฮวาห์ตรั​สด​ังนี้​ว่า​ ​ดู​​เถิด​ เราจะลงโทษเชไมอาห์ชาวเนเฮลามและเชื้อสายของเขา เขาจะไม่​มี​สักคนหนึ่งที่จะอาศัยอยู่ในท่ามกลางชนชาติ​นี้​ ทั้งเขาจะมิ​ได้​​เห​็นความดีซึ่งเราจะกระทำแก่ประชาชนของเรา เพราะเขาได้สอนให้กบฏต่อพระเยโฮวาห์ พระเยโฮวาห์ตรั​สด​ังนี้​แหละ​’”

Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will punish Shemaiah the Nehelamite, and his seed: he shall not have a man to dwell among this people; neither shall he behold the good that I will do for my people, saith the LORD; because he hath taught rebellion against the LORD.
