Men om något folk eller rike inte vill tjäna Babels kung Nebukadnessar och inte vill böja sin nacke under den babyloniske kungens ok, då ska jag straffa det folket med svärd, svält och pest, säger Herren, tills jag har utrotat dem genom hans hand.
