எரேமியா 24:8

சாப்பிடமுடியாத கெட்ட அத்திப்பழங்களைத் தள்ளிவிடுவதுபோல, நான் சிதேக்கியா என்கிற யூதாவின் ராஜாவையும் அவனுடைய பிரபுக்களையும், இந்த தேசத்தில் மீதியான எருசலேமின் மக்களையும், எகிப்து தேசத்தில் குடியிருக்கிறவர்களையும் தள்ளிவிட்டு,

¶ And as the evil figs, which cannot be eaten, they are so evil; surely thus saith the LORD, So will I give Zedekiah the king of Judah, and his princes, and the residue of Jerusalem, that remain in this land, and them that dwell in the land of Egypt:
