Đoạn, Giê-rê-mi trở về từ Tô-phết, tức nơi Đức Giê-hô-va đã sai người đi nói tiên tri; người bèn đứng trong hành lang của nhà Đức Giê-hô-va, mà nói với cả dân sự rằng:
