എന്നാൽ അവർ കേട്ടില്ല, ചെവി ചായിച്ചതുമില്ല; കേട്ടനുസരിക്കയോ ബുദ്ധ്യുപദേശം കൈക്കൊള്ളുകയോ ചെയ്യാതെ അവർ ശാഠ്യം കാണിച്ചു.
