เยเรมีย์ 14:14

และพระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสแก่ข้าพเจ้าว่า “พวกผู้​พยากรณ์​​เหล่​านั้นพยากรณ์​เท​็จในนามของเรา เรามิ​ได้​​ใช้​​เขาทั้งหลาย​ และเรามิ​ได้​บัญชาเขาหรือพู​ดก​ับเขา เขาพยากรณ์นิ​มิ​ตและการทำนายเท็จแก่​เจ้​าทั้งหลาย เป็นการทำนายที่​ไร้ค่า​ เป็นการล่อลวงของจิตใจเขาเอง

Then the LORD said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spake unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of nought, and the deceit of their heart.
