യിരെമ്യാവു 14:10

അവർ ഇങ്ങനെ ഉഴന്നു നടപ്പാൻ ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു, കാൽ അടക്കിവെച്ചതുമില്ല എന്നു യഹോവ ഈ ജനത്തെക്കുറിച്ചു അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു; അതുകൊണ്ടു യഹോവെക്കു അവരിൽ പ്രസാദമില്ല; അവൻ ഇപ്പോൾ തന്നെ അവരുടെ അകൃത്യത്തെ ഓർത്തു അവരുടെ പാപങ്ങളെ സന്ദർശിക്കും.

¶ Thus saith the LORD unto this people, Thus have they loved to wander, they have not refrained their feet, therefore the LORD doth not accept them; he will now remember their iniquity, and visit their sins.
