ఆయన స్వరం ఆకాశమండలంలో నీటి గర్జనలాగా వినిపిస్తుంది. భూదిగంతాల్లో నుండి ఆయన ఆవిరి మేఘాలు వచ్చేలా చేస్తాడు. వర్షంతో బాటు ఆయన మెరుపులు పుట్టిస్తాడు. తన గిడ్డంగుల నుండి గాలిని పంపిస్తాడు.

When he uttereth his voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens, and he causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightnings with rain, and bringeth forth the wind out of his treasures.
