അവൻ രഹസ്യമായിട്ടു അബീമേലെക്കിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ ദൂതന്മാരെ അയച്ചു: ഇതാ, ഏബെദിന്റെ മകനായ ഗാലും അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരും ശെഖേമിൽ വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു; അവർ പട്ടണത്തെ നിന്നോടു മത്സരിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

And he sent messengers unto Abimelech privily, saying, Behold, Gaal the son of Ebed and his brethren be come to Shechem; and, behold, they fortify the city against thee.
