அவன் சுக்கோத்தின் மனிதர்களை நோக்கி: என்னோடிருக்கிற மக்களுக்குச் சில அப்பங்களைக் கொடுங்கள்; அவர்கள் களைப்பாக இருக்கிறார்கள், நான் மீதியானியர்களின் ராஜாக்களாகிய சேபாவையும் சல்முனாவையும் பின்தொடருகிறேன் என்றான்.
