न्यायियों 8:24

फिर गिदोन ने उनसे कहा, “मैं तुम से कुछ माँगता हूँ; अर्थात् तुम मुझ को अपनी-अपनी लूट में की बालियाँ8:24 बालियाँ: बालियां वास्तव में नथ थी। पूर्वी देशों में नथ पहनना प्रचलित था। दो। (वे तो इश्माएली थे, इस कारण उनकी बालियाँ सोने की थीं।)”

¶ And Gideon said unto them, I would desire a request of you, that ye would give me every man the earrings of his prey. (For they had golden earrings, because they were Ishmaelites.)
