ఎంపిక చేసిన ప్రజలు వెళ్లిపోయినవారి ఆహారం, బూరలు తీసుకున్నారు. యెహోషువా ప్రజలందరినీ వాళ్ళ గుడారాలకు పంపివేశాడు. కాని ఆ మూడువందల మందిని అక్కడే ఉంచుకున్నాడు. మిద్యానీయుల శిబిరం అతనికి దిగువ భాగంలో లోయలో ఉంది.
