ராஜாக்களே, கேளுங்கள்; அதிபதிகளே, செவிகொடுங்கள்; நான் யெகோவாவைப் பாடி, இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய யெகோவாவைக் கீர்த்தனம்செய்வேன்.

Hear, O ye kings; give ear, O ye princes; I, even I, will sing unto the LORD; I will sing praise to the LORD God of Israel.
