इसके बाद हेबेर की स्त्री याएल ने डेरे की एक खूँटी ली, और अपने हाथ में एक हथौड़ा भी लिया, और दबे पाँव उसके पास जाकर खूँटी को उसकी कनपटी में ऐसा ठोक दिया कि खूँटी पार होकर भूमि में धँस गई; वह तो थका था ही इसलिए गहरी नींद में सो रहा था। अतः वह मर गया।
