Han [Eglon] samlade till sig Ammons och Amaleks söner och han gick och slog Israel och de besatte Palmstaden [Jeriko, se 5 Mos 34:3].

And he gathered unto him the children of Ammon and Amalek, and went and smote Israel, and possessed the city of palm trees.
