​ผู้​​วินิจฉัย​ 2:12

เขาได้ละทิ้งพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าแห่งบรรพบุรุษของเขา ​ผู้​ทรงนำเขาออกมาจากแผ่นดิ​นอ​ียิปต์ และเขาทั้งหลายติดตามพระอื่นซึ่งเป็นพระของชนชาติทั้งหลายที่​อยู่​ล้อมรอบเขา ​กราบไหว้​พระเหล่านั้น กระทำให้พระเยโฮวาห์ทรงพระพิโรธ

And they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, which brought them out of the land of Egypt, and followed other gods, of the gods of the people that were round about them, and bowed themselves unto them, and provoked the LORD to anger.
