మీరు ఈ దేశవాసులతో సంధి చేసుకోకూడదని, వాళ్ళ బలిపీఠాలు విరుగగొట్టాలని ఆజ్ఞ ఇచ్చాను గాని మీరు నా మాట వినలేదు.

And ye shall make no league with the inhabitants of this land; ye shall throw down their altars: but ye have not obeyed my voice: why have ye done this?
