​มน​ัสเสห์​มิได้​​ขับไล่​ชาวเมืองเบธชานและชาวชนบทของเมืองนั้นให้ออกไป หรือชาวเมืองทาอานาคกับชาวชนบทของเมืองนั้น หรือชาวเมืองโดร์กับชาวชนบทของเมืองนั้น หรือชาวเมืองอิบเลอัมกับชาวชนบทของเมืองนั้น หรือชาวเมืองเมกิดโดกับชาวชนบทของเมืองนั้น ​แต่​คนคานาอันยังขืนอาศัยอยู่ในแผ่นดินนั้น

¶ Neither did Manasseh drive out the inhabitants of Beth-shean and her towns, nor Taanach and her towns, nor the inhabitants of Dor and her towns, nor the inhabitants of Ibleam and her towns, nor the inhabitants of Megiddo and her towns: but the Canaanites would dwell in that land.
