Men mannen ville inte stanna över natten, utan bröt upp och reste sin väg och kom fram till platsen mitt emot Jebus, det vill säga Jerusalem. Han hade med sig ett par sadlade åsnor. Hans bihustru följde också med honom.

But the man would not tarry that night, but he rose up and departed, and came over against Jebus, which is Jerusalem; and there were with him two asses saddled, his concubine also was with him.
