દાનના લોકોએ પોતાને માટે કોતરેલી મૂર્તિની પ્રતિષ્ઠા કરી, અને દેશની ગુલામગીરીના દિવસ સુધી મૂસાના દીકરા ગેર્શોમનો દીકરો યોનાથાન તથા તેના પુત્રો દાન કુળના યાજકો હતા.
