Nu begreep Delila, dat hij haar alles openhartig verteld had. Ze liet de filistijnse vorsten ontbieden met de boodschap: Ditmaal moet ge komen, want hij heeft me alles openhartig verteld. De filistijnse vorsten kwamen dus naar haar toe, en brachten het geld mee.
