사사기 16:2

혹이 가사 사람에게 고하여 가로되 `삼손이 여기 왔다' 하매 곧 그를 에워싸고 밤새도록 성문에 매복하고 밤새도록 종용히 하며 이르기를 `새벽이 되거든 그를 죽이리라' 하였더라

And it was told the Gazites, saying, Samson is come hither. And they compassed him in, and laid wait for him all night in the gate of the city, and were quiet all the night, saying, In the morning, when it is day, we shall kill him.
