તેથી યિફતા પોતાના ભાઈઓ પાસેથી નાસી જઈને ટોબ દેશમાં રહ્યો. ત્યાં કેટલાક રખડું લોકો યિફતાની સાથે જોડાયાં, તેઓ તેની સાથે બહાર જતા.

Then Jephthah fled from his brethren, and dwelt in the land of Tob: and there were gathered vain men to Jephthah, and went out with him.
